Rev. Augustine Etemma Inwang, MSP

Born on September 10, 1961 in his native country Nigeria. He was ordained on June 23, 1990 for the Missionary Society of St. Paul of Nigeria. He worked as a missionary priest in the Gambia, West Africa from 1991 to 1995. In August 1995 he was assigned to the communications department of the Missionary Society of St. Paul. In 1996, Rev. Inwang was appointed director of communications for the Missionary Society of St. Paul. In the same year, he was appointed Editor of the Ambassador magazine, the mission’s quarterly magazine and also director of publications for the Society.

Rev. Augustine Inwang was assigned to the United States in 2001 where he worked at St. Francis Xavier parish in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2002, Rev. Augustine Inwang was named pastor of St. Veronica Catholic Church, Cherry Hill Road, Baltimore, Maryland. After 8 years of pastoral work at St. Veronica’s parish, Rev. Inwang was named pastor of Transfiguration Catholic Community parish in South West Baltimore.

Rev. Augustine Inwang has Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College, now Loyola University in Maryland. He still provides individual counseling at request and assists parishioners deal with issues of bereavement, grief and loss. He also helps out at Mercy Medical Center, Harbor Hospital and Bon Secours hospital all in Baltimore, Maryland.

Jane A. Buccheri

Born: Baltimore, Maryland
Education: Archdiocesan of Baltimore Catholic Schools, Catonsville Community College

Jane began her career with the National Security Agency upon graduating from High School and worked for the Department of Defense for 33 years. While working for NSA, she earned an AA Degree in data processing and took many courses at the National Cryptologic School.

Jane has served on the Parish Council and as a youth minister for Transfiguration and its predecessors in addition to coordinating the Christmas Basket Program. She currently is a youth minister for pre-teens and teens, runs the parking lot for Oriole Games, Raven Games and Special Events at Camden Yard and M&T Bank Stadium and works in the finance office.
